LISTENJoe Charnitski is a writer, performer, Moth StorySLAM winner, and the host of The Night Train storytelling series at the Philipstown Depot Theatre in Garrison, NY. His stories have been featured on The Moth podcast, the PBS series Stories From the Stage, and performed live on stages, bars, and living rooms throughout the country. His one-man-show, Joe Charnitski’s Funeral, was named “Best of Fest” at the NYC FRIGID Festival and “Best of Fringe” at the Capital Fringe Festival in Washington, D.C. He is a two-time participant in the Gotham Storytelling Festival in New York City, premiering his shows, An Actual Patriot and Fire. Previously, Joe was the Associate Producer of the short film anthology series, Exposure, on Syfy. Joe’s last name is in the Polish National Anthem. True story.
