LISTENMary lives in Minneapolis, MN with her mom and two calico cats. She works as a crisis mental health therapist, specializing in mindful self-compassion and the intersection of physical and mental health. She is also an advocate for those living with Multiple Sclerosis and other chronic illnesses. When she’s not at work, she creates visual and performance art, plays pickleball, travels and explores the world as a rock hounder looking for rocks and fossils.
