LISTENSusan Kent is a writer, performer, and producer from South Georgia where, much to her family’s chagrin, she developed a love for airing dirty laundry. She’s founder of the Dead Parents Club Storytelling show and festival, and curator and co-host of Tell It: Brooklyn. Susan has been performing stories around NYC since 2011, including a solo show, Into the Belly of the Beast, which premiered at The Tank theater in 2015. In addition to RISK!, Susan has been featured on Snap Judgment, The Moth, and yahoo!lifestyle. She’s also been behind the scenes with The Artichoke storytelling series out of Beacon, NY.
