All the stories are fantastic, but being a huge fan, I really enjoyed hearing Tim Heidecker’s. It was nice to hear him being honest, sincere, and a bit vulnerable instead of doing his typical Kaufmanesque routine and doing a put-on. Story shows that other than being a great comedic talent he’s also a great guy willing to help his fellow man, even when it can bring serious harm to him.

If anyone is looking for the song that plays during the Nude Descending a Staircase radio story (at 40min 34sec), it’s called “Percy’s Escape” by Darren Korb. I’ve heard it a few times on other Risk! episodes, and I’ve never heard it credited, so there you go.

“Percy’s Escape” is from the soundtrack of Bastion, by Supergiant Games.

What a brilliant window into the wonderful humanity of our gorgeous humanity – I found them all great but I was amazed by the drug trial and the placebo effect- it is well known that drug companies only release data that demonstrate positive effects of drugs while burying anything that might spoil their greedy market share. It would be great to see all the info from trials on placebo – we have the power to self heal and grow and we still manage to do this is a system of subtle and obvious oppression and limitation – imagine what it will be like when we are truly free.
